The tunasalad can be made with mayo, or with mustard instead for a lower-calorie (and less fat) option.
1 box tuna
1 box tuna with thai chilli
3 eggs soft-boiled
Green onions, chopped
Salt & pepper
Mayones OR mustard (just add enough to blend in)
If you want, you can add other things to the mix:
sweet chilli sauce
herbs (cilantro, etc)
lettuce, chopped
red bell pepper, cut in small pieces
honey
Eat it on a small corn tortilla, or on low carb bread.
Or, just eat it as it is.
