Are you following - or trying to follow - or interested in learing more about the LCHF diet?
This is truly a great low carb diet, but it can be difficult to know all aspects around the LCHF diet, or be inventive as to what to eat (it is easy to get tired of eating the same things all the time, as the diet can be quite limiting without the carbs such as bread and flour), so I thought it was a good idea to have this place to share information and recipes, so we all can taste better food, and still lose weight (or stay healthy) on this low carb diet, and to manage to stick to it!
On this blog there will be information about the LCHF (low carb, high fat) diet; what you can eat, and good recipes (which are not always easy to find), etc. If you have some good information to add, or a good recipe which is not on here, please feel free to write it in the 'Comments' field, to share with everyone else! With your permission I can write it in a new post, so everyone can see it more easily.
